Generalforsamlingen bedes derfor tage stilling om, om vi kan\/skal indf\u00f8re en paragraf i vedt\u00e6gterne om, at formand og kasserer ikke kan udtr\u00e6de af bestyrelsen samme \u00e5r. Den n\u00f8jagtige formulering fastl\u00e6gges i givet fald p\u00e5 generalforsamlingen.<br \/>\nForslaget blev ikke vedtaget. Vi tager forslaget op igen p\u00e5 n\u00e6ste generalforsamling.<br \/>\nForslag til pr\u00e6cisering af regler for indkaldelse til generalforsamling (J\u00f8rgen Warming)<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong>\u2022 I vedt\u00e6gternes \u00a76, Stk. 2 foresl\u00e5s \u201cDer indkaldes pr. brev og informeres p\u00e5 www.healingsmassage.com med mindst en m\u00e5neds varsel.\u201d \u00e6ndret til \u201cDer indkaldes pr. e-mail og informeres p\u00e5 www.healingsmassage.com med mindst en m\u00e5neds varsel.\u201d s\u00e5ledes at det tydeligg\u00f8res, at indkaldelsen til generalforsamlinger sker pr. e-mail og ikke pr. fysisk brev.<br \/>\nForslaget vedtages.<br \/>\nSkal andre uddannelser end Kildens kunne give adgang til medlemskab og RAB godkendelse?<br \/>\nGeneralforsamlingen bedes tage stilling til f\u00f8lgende:<br \/>\n\u2022 Skal andre uddannelse end Kildens give adgang til optagelse og RAB-godkendelse?<br \/>\n\u2022 Hvilke kriterier skal en ny uddannelse opfylde for at blive godkendt til dette?<br \/>\nP\u00e5 sidste generalforsamling diskuteredes om vi skulle \u00e5bne op for, at andre end Kildens uddannelse skal give adgang til medlemskab og RAB-godkendelse. Bestyrelsen blev bedt om at komme med et udkast til hvordan en s\u00e5dan godkendelse kunne laves.<br \/>\nDu kan se bestyrelsens forslag ved at klikke p\u00e5 dette link: <a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/Kriterier-for-godkendelse-af-uddannelse.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Kriterier for godkendelse af uddannelse<\/a>.<br \/>\nBestyrelsens forslag blev, efter en konstruktiv dialog, vedtaget enstemmigt.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Fasts\u00e6ttelse af budget, medlemskontingent, RAB registreringsgebyr, RAB-kontingent og evt. andre gebyrer.<br \/>\n<\/strong>Udgifterne forventes at fordele sig nogenlunde som i 2020.<br \/>\nKontingenter mv. fastholdes:<br \/>\nMedlemskontingent: 450 kr \u2013 betales af alle<br \/>\nRAB-kontingent: 100 kr \u2013 betales af alle RAB godkendte<br \/>\nKlientforsikring: 350 kr. \u2013 betales af alle dansk bosiddende terapeuter, som ikke er autoriserede sundhedspersoner.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Valg af medlemmer og suppleanter til bestyrelsen.<br \/>\n<\/strong>J\u00f8rgen Warming og June Ottosen genv\u00e6lges for 2 \u00e5r.<br \/>\nMona Kyed v\u00e6lges for 2 \u00e5r.<br \/>\nLone Moeslund v\u00e6lges for 1 \u00e5r.<br \/>\nNo\u00e8mi Lilla Sallai v\u00e6lges som suppleant<\/li>\n<li><strong>Valg af medlemmer og suppleanter til Klagen\u00e6vnet.<br \/>\n<\/strong>Inga-Clara Lepke genv\u00e6lges til klagen\u00e6vnet.<br \/>\nMerete Godsk v\u00e6lges som suppleant til klagen\u00e6vnet.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Valg af 2 interne revisorer eller en ekstern revisor.<br \/>\n<\/strong>Marianne Jeppesen og Simon Simonsen v\u00e6lges som revisorer.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Eventuelt.<br \/>\n<\/strong>Arngod Solberg Webb udtrykker \u00f8nske om, at flere \u2013 og fra Jylland og Fyn \u2013 deltager i generalforsamlingen.
