Du kan l\u00e6se beretningen ved at klikke her.<br \/>\nBestyrelsens beretning blev godkendt.<\/li>\n<li>Kassererens beretning og godkendelse af regnskab. Du kan se regnskabet ved at klikke her.<br \/>\nRegnskabet godkendes.<\/li>\n<li>Klagen\u00e6vnets beretning.<br \/>\nIntet at berette, da der ingen sager har v\u00e6ret.<\/li>\n<li>Indkomne forslag.<br \/>\n<strong>Forslag fra sidste generalforsamling<\/strong><br \/>\nP\u00e5 sidste generalforsamling blev vi enige om at tage f\u00f8lgende forslag op igen.<br \/>\nJo mindre bestyrelsen bliver, jo mere s\u00e5rbar bliver den for tab af erfaring ved udtr\u00e6delse fra bestyrelsen. Generalforsamlingen bedes derfor tage stilling om, om vi kan\/skal indf\u00f8re en paragraf i vedt\u00e6gterne om, at formand og kasserer ikke kan udtr\u00e6de af bestyrelsen samme \u00e5r.<br \/>\nVi har diskuteret forslaget i bestyrelsen og mener, at det er noget som generalforsamlingen skal opfordre bestyrelsen til at bestr\u00e6be sig p\u00e5, men at det ikke er noget vi skal indf\u00f8re som et punkt i vedt\u00e6gterne.<br \/>\nGeneralforsamlingen tilslutter sig dette.<\/li>\n<li>Fasts\u00e6ttelse af budget, medlemskontingent, RAB registreringsgebyr, RAB kontingent og evt. andre gebyrer.<br \/>\nBestyrelsen foresl\u00e5r, at forsikringsdelen af kontingentet \u00e6ndres fra 350 til 425 kr, s\u00e5ledes at forsikringskontingentet mere svarer til det foreningen betaler.<br \/>\nGeneralforsamlingen besluttede at fastholde kontingentet p\u00e5 det nuv\u00e6rende niveau.<br \/>\nDer forventes p\u00e5 den baggrund et underskud p\u00e5 ca. 10.000 kr som tages af foreningens formue p\u00e5 ca. 100.000 kr.<\/li>\n<li>Valg af medlemmer og suppleanter til bestyrelsen.<br \/>\nBestyrelsen best\u00e5r inden generalforsamlingen af:<br \/>\nMona Kyed, J\u00f8rgen Warming, June Ottosen, Karin Midori Nielsen og Lone Moeslund<br \/>\nKarin Midori Nielsen og Lone Moeslund genv\u00e6lges for 2 \u00e5r.<br \/>\nDa bestyrelsen aktuelt har 5 medlemmer og min. er 3 medlemmer, v\u00e6lges der ikke en suppleant.<\/li>\n<li>Valg af medlemmer og suppleanter til Klagen\u00e6vnet.<br \/>\nDer skal v\u00e6lges 2 medlemmer for to \u00e5r til klagen\u00e6vnet.<br \/>\nArngod Solberg Webb og Joachim Holten Palvig genv\u00e6lges for 2 \u00e5r.<br \/>\nHvis der bliver behov for en suppleant, indkaldes der til ekstraordin\u00e6r generalforsamling.<\/li>\n<li>Valg af 2 interne revisorer eller en ekstern revisor.
