Der er 15 deltagere.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Valg af dirigent og referent<br \/>\nJ\u00f8rgen Warming v\u00e6lges<\/li>\n<li>Bestyrelsens beretning<br \/>\nFormand Karin Midori freml\u00e6gger. Vedl\u00e6gges nedenfor<br \/>\nReferatet godkendes.<\/li>\n<li>Kassererens beretning og godkendelse af regnskab.<br \/>\n<a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/Aarsregnskab-2022.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Klik her for at \u00e5bne regnskab<\/a>.<br \/>\nRegnskabet godkendes<\/li>\n<li>Klagen\u00e6vnets beretning.<br \/>\nIntet at berettet<\/li>\n<li>Indkomne forslag.<br \/>\nDer er stemning for at fokusere mere p\u00e5 Facebook og Instagram frem for fortsat annoncering i Psykologi. Og at der v\u00e6lges en bredere m\u00e5lgruppe.<\/li>\n<li>Fasts\u00e6ttelse af budget, medlemskontingent, RAB registreringsgebyr, RAB kontingent og evt. andre gebyrer.<br \/>\nDe nuv\u00e6rende kontingenter bevares<\/li>\n<li>Valg af medlemmer og suppleanter til bestyrelsen.<br \/>\nMona Kyed, J\u00f8rgen Warming og June Ottosen genv\u00e6lges for 2 \u00e5r.<br \/>\nDer v\u00e6lges ingen suppleanter, da bestyrelsen er st\u00f8rre end kr\u00e6vet i vedt\u00e6gterne.<\/li>\n<li>Valg af medlemmer og suppleanter til Klagen\u00e6vnet.<br \/>\nInga-Clara Lepke genv\u00e6lges for to \u00e5r.<br \/>\nV\u00e9ronique Bering Thygesen v\u00e6lges som suppleant for et \u00e5r.<\/li>\n<li>Valg af 2 interne revisorer eller en ekstern revisor<br \/>\nSimon Simonsen og Lilla Sallai v\u00e6lges<\/li>\n<li>Eventuelt.<br \/>\nVi savner at kunne give et kram \u2013 men det har fungeret fint med online m\u00f8de. Og for 1\/3 af deltagerne, var det afg\u00f8rende, at det var online, da afstanden til Kilden ville have v\u00e6ret for stor.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>\u00c5rsberetning 2022<\/h3>\n<p>Formandens beretning for \u00e5ret 2022<\/p>\n<p><strong>Generel orientering<br \/>\n<\/strong>K\u00e6re alle medlemmer i Foreningen af Healingteraputer.<br \/>\nDer har igen i \u00e5r v\u00e6ret afholdt m\u00f8der visuelt i bestyrelsen denne gang skyldes det ikke covid. Det har vist sig at v\u00e6re en fornuftig m\u00e5de at m\u00f8des p\u00e5, s\u00e5 det forts\u00e6tter vi nok med. Det giver mulighed for bestyrelsen fra forskellige egne af Danmark ikke skal bruge meget tid p\u00e5 transport. Samt muligheder for \u00e6ndrede m\u00f8detider uden st\u00f8rre besv\u00e6r. Bestyrelsen har besluttet at sl\u00f8jfe honoraret for bestyrelsesarbejde. Det har vi gjort fordi vores forening ikke er robust nok til det.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Medlemmer<br \/>\n<\/strong>Foreningen t\u00e6ller ved denne generalforsamling 82 medlemmer.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Efteruddannelser.<br \/>\n<\/strong>Vi har behandlet indkomne forslag til optagelse i foreningen. Bestyrelsen arbejder positivt for at im\u00f8dekomme indkomne forslag. Bestyrelsen har i \u00e5r godkendt 3 nyt kursusforl\u00f8b.<\/p>\n<p>International Coaching Academy: En uddannelse p\u00e5 125 timer.<\/p>\n<p>Stinna S\u00f8nderg\u00e5rd : Bevidst healing og energi forst\u00e5else , et kursus 50 timer.<\/p>\n<p>Kildens nye tilbud : Spirituel terapi 50 timer.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Markedsf\u00f8ring<br \/>\n<\/strong>Vi annoncererede i bladet Psykologi. Vi overvejer om det skal forts\u00e6tte. Annonceringen er temmelig bekostelig for en s\u00e5 lille forening som vores.
